You and I will work closely to develop your own fitness and wellness identity and craft a routine that compliments your existing commitments. I want to help you develop your personal wellness philosophy. One that is sustainable and easy to implement. I've found that when individuals have a say in how, where, and when they workout they are more likely to stay with it.

b. SMALL GROUP VIRTUAL CLASSES
Ideal for individuals who are ready to tackle their wellness routine but may be limited by budget, geography, or time. These classes can serve as a fantastic compliment to your existing exercise schedule.
Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00am
These classes are taught through my Zoom platform and will feature a variety of strength, cardio, interval training, balance, and mobility. You can also expect a regular mindfulness practice and post-class stretching.
